(1) The propagation and trade of the seeds taken out from the registration list could be done no more than three years if only their stocks are notified to the Ministry.

(2) Imported seeds have to meet minimum certification standards laid down in relevant regulation.

(3) The seeds at the original class, at least, could be imported for the purpose of propagation.

(4) The Ministry may allow marketing of the mixture of different varieties or species of grains if only scientific or technical information exists and each item complies with the standards given for each item before the mixture.

(5) The seeds certified in accordance with the provisions of relevant regulation could be marketed as organic if only they are duly certified in accordance with the legislation on organic agriculture (10.6.2005 date and 25841 number).
