(1) A certificate or a report is issued to the seeds after the analysis conducted by the seed certification institutions (2) Seed certificates and reports are issued by the certification institutions being appropriate the format determined by the Ministry. (3) Raw seed certificate is issued for harvested upon request by the producer and unprocessed seeds. (4) The seeds to be issued raw seed certificate is sampled. In case of the request by the producer, analysis result is notified to the producer. (5) The seed issued raw seed certificate is not put on the market. (6) The seed certificates and reports are issued in three copies. The first copy of the certificate or report is given to the producer; second copy is kept in the certification institution, while the third copy is sent to the application institution sending the sample. (7) Seed analysis report is issued for the sample taken for market inspection and “inspection sample” is marked on it. (8) Analysis results is notified to the Real or legal person that wants to have the quality level of the seed, considering the requested tests and the claim of the owner, without looking at the conformity with the standards and origin of the seed. (9) After the laboratory analysis, the report “NOT SEED” is issued for the seeds which don’t comply with none of the standards for the seed classes. The lots representing these samples are not marketed and accepted as seed. (10) The seed which is certified but not sold in one year are subject to the germination analysis before presenting to the market is issued seed analysis report. Also, the name of the institution issuing certificate and it is written that it is valid with the certificate of “…..date and …. Number”. |
