(1) Laboratory analysis of the seeds are conducted by the authorized institutions or authorized seed certification institutions

(2) Seed certification institutions conducts necessary analysis in seed samples sent and issues certificate or report.

(3) If the sample amount is less than minimum sample amount, it is not subject to analysis.

(4) Seeds have to comply with the standards laid down relevant regulations, at least, after the laboratory controls.
